Is it OK to use the liquid from the compost bin on the garden or spray onto plants?

This compost juice is often referred to as leachate or compost tea. It does need to be diluted before applying it to your garden. A ratio of 1 part leachate to 10 parts water is good for general use. A ratio of 1:20 should be use for more sensitive plants.
