Plymouth school encourages next generation of recyclers
An eco-friendly school in Plymouth has begun a new recycling initiative to turn waste paper and card into new, recycled materials.
A special compactor has been installed at the school, which prepares all the waste for the recycling process.
Pupils are now producing paper bales weighing around 75kg every week. Some of the best eco-warriors at the school will get the chance to travel to Exeter later this month to watch the bales being turned into brand new paper and card.
