Indoor Recycling Centre opens for business

Kent's first indoor recycling centre will open for business on 1st September 2008.
The Pepperhill Recycling Centre will provide recycling facilities for Dartford and Gravesend residents.
Recycle bins have been installed and will take everything from spectacles to scrap metal and textiles to tyres. The site expects around 300,000 visits annually.
The new facility will be managed by Waste Recycling Group Ltd on behalf of Kent county council and will be open seven days a week.
