Children help to clean up Britain’s beaches
Cornwall is leading the British beaches in cleaning up in advance of the British summer. Volunteers from local schools have been helping the Marine Conservation Society to make sure Britain’s beaches improve in time for the hot weather.
It’s hoped that by showing children where rubbish can end up when it is not disposed of properly, they will be encouraged to recycle more.
