Recycling DVD is a hit
31 July 2008
A recycling documentary made by teenagers has proved a hit with the public.
The film, 3R News, offers advice about recycling issues. It was funded by the Three Rivers District Council and has received more than 250 viewings in its first month online.
Residents have lavished praise of the students who worked tirelessly to plan, script, produce and edit the programme. The teenagers aged between 14 and 15 years old were proud of their success, including 14-year-old Hayley Wilson. She said: "I didn't realise how much rubbish we throw away; lots of it could be recycled. I hope the video will show people what they can recycle."
