Severnside purchases Vale Paper

Paper recycler bought to help expand client base.
Severnside, the waste management company, has bought Wigan-based paper recycling firm Vale Paper.
The acquisition is part of Severnside’s long term strategy to broaden its customer base, with the company planning a series of further acquisitions. Severnside has confirmed that all Vale Paper staff will be retained.
Vale Paper’s clients include catalogue distribution companies, printers, box makers and greeting card manufacturers.
